Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and review documentation such as Test Strategies and Test Plans.
  • Develop and automate test cases for developed software using the selected automation framework.
  • Ensure that all defined requirements in High-Level Design and Functional Requirements Specification are met during testing.
  • Generate test reports for each software release.
  • Provide clear, objective feedback to project stakeholders on issues or bugs identified during test execution.
  • Create, maintain, and execute reusable regression test suites to ensure that new software updates do not negatively impact existing functionality. Automate regression tests and continuously improve test coverage.
  • Conduct performance testing to evaluate the speed, scalability, and stability of the application under varying load conditions, and perform performance benchmarking and analysis.

What will make you successful:

  • A University degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in similar roles, specifically in software quality assurance.
  • Experience in automation testing and test case automation.
  • Attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering quality work.
  • Self-motivated and able to take initiative with the ability to quickly adapt to changing requirements.
  • Experience with Robot Framework and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines is highly desirable.
  • Hands-on experience in implementing Test Automation following best practices is required.
  • Knowledge of DevOps (Docker) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with performance testing tools such as JMeter is an advantage.
  • Experience designing detailed test plans and creating test scripts.
  • Customer-focused with a strong quality mindset, continually striving to deliver value.
  • Strong team player, open-minded, and collaborative, able to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze situations critically and think creatively to find solutions.
  • Communication skills: Strong written and spoken English proficiency is essential, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
  • Knowledge of financial messaging platforms or SWIFT products and services is a bonus.
  • Experience in automation testing is essential for this role.
