Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding of new hires Maintain accurate employee records and files, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations Administer employee benefits, leave, and other HR-related processes Provide support for performance management, training, and development programs Assist with the implementation of HR policies and procedures Responsible for day-to-day operation of the HR foreigner manpower functions and duties which includes but not limited to monitoring and checking of work permit validity and renewals. Monitor and maintaining HR data for foreign workers. Responsible for coordinating foreign worker quota applications via liaison with the relevant government agencies and appointed agents (if any). Attend to all matters related to the foreign workers' affairs (eg. work permit management, medical examination (FOMEMA), foreign workers insurance schemes etc). Liaison and processing of foreign worker levy-related matters with the relevant government agencies. Process insurance-related matters (eg. policy, claims etc. related to foreign workers.) Responsible for workers' hostel / accommodation management & administration which includes but not limited to tenancy administration, house rules enforcement, maintenance, utilities bill administration, regular inspections, hygiene & cleanliness. Responsible for the Company's registration and renewals of all license and permits related to government agencies and local authorities. Responsible for control & monitoring of Company's motor vehicles which includes motor vehicles usage documents and records, servicing & maintenance and road tax & insurance renewals. Responsible for office Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) matters and being focal person for all emergency response and preparedness procedures. Prepare. update and maintain HR department's summary and periodic reports. Support staff members with various HR administrative tasks as and when required. Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and processes. Responsible in all office administration, facilities, maintenance & services schedules. To organize and maintain good filing system. Orders supplies and equipment. Providing administrative support to managers and other departments as needed. Perform any other relevant duties of the company as and when required.
