Key Responsibilities: - To develop strong dealer channel base for sales on range of existing products (Lubricants, Spare Parts, Tyres, Battery, Car Accessories etc) in assigned territory. - To maintain strong relationship with customers, advise them regarding company new products, pricing and promotion. - Ensure collection of debts in a timely manner. - Provide high quality sales service and after sales services to the customers. - Implement action plans (e.g. make regular calls/visits, take orders, etc.) to achieve the sales target set by the company. - Execute continuous improvement activities to enhance sales processes, sales plans, customer satisfaction and collection. Job Requirements: - Minimum SPM qualification. - At least 1 year of sales working experiences in the automation spare part/ Lubricant industry. - Hard working, self-motivated, results oriented and honest. - Candidate must possess driving license and own car. - Able to work in a challenging and fast paced working environment.
