Operation Executive @ KL (H)

Job Scope / Responsibilities : As an Operation Executive you will oversee and manage all aspects of the outlets in the Food & Beverages industry. You will lead a team of selected outlets and your role will involve training, operational planning, and customer service excellence. Responsible for overseeing the outlet's overall operations and sales, including sales, customer service, staff recruitment, training and development, and administrative functions. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize efficiency and maintain consistent operations across all store locations. Monitor inventory levels, restock merchandise as needed, and coordinate with the purchasing department for inventory management. Provide constructive feedback to promote professional growth among team members Convey sales targets and performance goals for the retail team, guiding them to achieve or exceed these targets Analyse sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement Collaborate with the retail team to create appealing menu displays that attract and engage customers. Coordinate with departments to get better results on each branding needs. Ensure compliance with government & company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations. Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
