  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About the role As a QC Engineer at AMALGAMATED METAL CORPORATION (M) SDN BHD, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of the company's manufacturing processes and end products. Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager. What you'll be doing Develop, implement and continuously improve quality control processes, procedures and systems to meet industry standards and customer requirements Conduct regular inspections, testing and audits of raw materials, work-in-progress and finished goods to identify and resolve quality issues Analyse quality data and generate detailed reports to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement Collaborate with production, engineering and procurement teams to resolve quality-related problems and implement corrective actions Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, quality standards and best practices, and ensure the company remains compliant Train and mentor production staff on quality control protocols and techniques Provide technical guidance and support to cross-functional teams to drive a culture of quality across the organisation What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field Minimum 2-5 years' experience in a quality control or assurance role, preferably in the manufacturing sector Excellent problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, testing methods and quality control best practices Ability to interpret and apply quality standards, regulations and guidelines Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams Proactive, detail-oriented and committed to continuous improvement
