SITE ENGINEER

Duties and Responsibilities -To assist the Site Manager in managing and executing daily activities on site -Managing the site day-to-day, including monitoring the site labour force, and supervise activities executed by all subcontractors, and proper control of the use of the materials -Working with supervisors to ensure safety compliance and adhere to local regulatory standards requirements. -Providing technical advice on site and suggestion for improvement -Setting out, levelling and surveying -Checking plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations -Create work schedules and delegating task -Organizing materials on site and ensuring site is safe and clean -Trouble shooting technical problems -Conduct quality assurance checks -Scheduling meetings and training where required -Conduct initial site inspection -Prepare site reports and maintain detailed documentation of all site engineering activities -Other Ad-Hoc related duties assigned by the company. -To liaise/ coordinate subcontractor to ensure work is performed according to schedule Requirements -Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field -Proven experience in construction management -Strong time management -Good knowledge of Building Regulations -Good Leadership and organizational skills -Superb written and verbal communication skills -Strong problem-solving abilities
