  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Check daily clay pool for firing.Direct loading of wares on kiln cars based on first in first out and computers car schedule depending on wares available for firing to ensure minimum defets on finished products. 2. Check attendance and distributes work assignment to subordinates,coordinates with ther department regarding replacement of absent worker. 3. Supervises firing of wares to make sure production schedule and quality specifications are met.Check temperatures,monitor kiln log sheet to ensure firing surve has been attained and check other firing controls to ensure smooth and defect free operation. 4. Analyzed / evaluates defects of wares and initiates corrective measures as needed to attain statistical objective. 5. Inspect kiln ( furnace ) interiors and kiln accessories ro ensure ordeliness,make necessary adjustment if needed. 6. Prepare yearly departmental budget on manpower,equipment,material resources,operating supplies and fuels for superior’s approval 7. Train and orients new production associates on their duties and responsibilities at kiln and re-fire operation and others. 8. Implements safety and security measures , personnel rules and regulation and proper housekeeping at work area.
