- Support HR leadership by preparing data-driven insights to inform HR strategies and business decisions. - Advise and support managers in managing complex employee relations issues, such as disciplinary actions, performance concerns and investigations. - Contribute to improving HR processes by applying lean principles to increase efficiency and reduce administrative burdens. - Analyze current HR processes and identify areas for improvement. - Implement efficient workflows to enhance operational efficiency in HR functions. - Monitor HR metrics to track performance and identify trends for continuous improvement. - Organize team-building activities, recognition programs, and employee wellness events. - Develop and implement an annual training plan aligned with organizational goals. - Facilitate employee development initiatives to support career progression and retention. - Assist in the implementation of succession planning efforts, identifying high-potential employees and developing career progression pathways. - Assist with the execution of initiatives aimed at improving employee morale, satisfaction, and retention. - Assist in preparing monthly reports in a timely and accurate manner. - Provide day-to-day HR support for employees and managers, responding to HR-related inquiries and addressing employee concerns.
