JOB SCOP: 1.Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately 2.Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls 3.Receiving and sorting daily mail 4.Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office 5.Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls 6.Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures) 7.Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email 8.Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries 9.Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges) 10.Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock 11.Update calendars and schedule meetings Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers 12.Keep updated records of office expenses and costs 13.Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing 14.Handling administration task include logistic matter ( insurance, road tax, fuel, receipt fuel and etc ) Benefits: • Medical claim coverage. • Comprehensive company training programs. • Free flow of coffee & snacks. • Annual company lunch/dinner. • Allowances provided. • Opportunities for Career Development.
