•Vetting, drafting and reviewing all legal agreements and documents for the Company. •Provide legal advice and opinion on various legal issues and mitigate all legal risks for the Company. •Liaise with external solicitors appointed to handle various legal matters of the Company. •Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations applicable to the Company. •Investigate and resolve employee relations issues, conflicts, and disputes through mediation, negotiation, and conflict resolution techniques, ensuring fair and equitable resolutions and compliance with legal and contractual requirements. •Stay abreast of relevant labour laws, regulations, and industry trends, ensuring HR policies and practices are compliant and up-to-date with legal requirements. •Ensure record of disciplinary cases is updated and involve in preparing any letters related to IR such as Show Cause Letter, Stern & Warning Letter, and Termination Letter. •Responsible to liaise and handle HR-related matters with governmental / authority departments such as Department of Labour (JTK) •To oversee domestic inquiries as and when required. •Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior from time to time. •A bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field. •Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in Law or equivalent. •Minimum 3 years’ working experience in the related field •Possess strong communication and able to work independently, meticulous and organized •Good understanding of legal aspects of corporate and commercial matters. •Good corporate commercial drafting and negotiation skills •Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments, multi-tasking and deal with highly confidential information. •Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
