Answering, screening, forwarding phone calls and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff members on timely basis. Managing and upkeep of reception area. Diary management and management of meeting rooms. Attend promptly to incoming & outgoing calls, mails, courier packages as well as walk in visitors. Administrative supports tasks, preparing meeting rooms, sorting and distributing mail/fax, and assisting relevant departments, when necessary, as instructed by superior. Perform any additional duties as and when requested by HOD and the management.
