Mechanic Technician

Responsibilities: Maintenance and Repair: Responsible for the daily maintenance and repair of cranes, ensuring the crane operate under normal conditions. Diagnose crane issues and provide quick and effective solutions, ensuring vehicle reliability and safety. Technical Support: Provide professional technical support to customers and the service team, addressing questions related to vehicle performance, operation, and maintenance. Perform on-site services, ensuring timely response to customers' repair and maintenance needs. Training and Guidance: Provide training for customers and internal staff on the operation, maintenance, and care of crane. Guide customers in the proper use of crane to reduce fault rates and improve vehicle longevity. Quality Feedback and Improvement: Record and analyze common issues in crane usage and provide feedback to the R&D and production departments, assisting in product quality and performance improvements. Collaborate with the quality control department to resolve technical issues that may affect vehicle reliability. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare vehicle maintenance records, fault analysis reports, and technical documentation, ensuring data completeness for future reference. Regularly report service situations and customer feedback to management, providing improvement suggestions. Requirements: SKM, Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Vehicle Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or a related field. Relevant experience in crane maintenance and service. Familiar with vehicle electrical systems, hydraulic systems, and engine structures. Strong diagnostic and hands-on skills, capable of independently solving complex technical problems. Good communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with customers, teams, and other departments. Willingness to travel for on-site technical support and service work.
