Business Development 1. To continuously understand the company and group technical capability, capacity and product range in order to be able to create new business opportunity. 2. To constantly review and aware of the company business and revenue trend in order to support and expend the business and revenue of the company. 3. To review and study all company's current customers list to explore for new business opportunity. 4. Always discuss, review and propose any potential new business area or new potential customer with Top Management. 5. Constantly lookout for new business segment or new customers by using any available methods or contacts. 6. Advise Top Management with latest business or market development news relating to our current customers or relating to our current products. 7. To maintain constant communication with HQ for all matters relating to any new potential business opportunities or potential new customers. 8. To liaise with potential news customers in all aspect of business and acting as the main window of communication between company and the potential new customers. 9. To act as the lead for all internal discussion, meetings and review in relation to any matters that relates to the potential new customers. 10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify synergies and leverage collective expertise for the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities. 11. To support and assist the Sales and Commercial Department, when required. 12. To perform and execute any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the management from time to time. 13. Taking accountability for effectiveness of QMS relating to the Department. Authority 1. To approach, engage and commence communication with any potential new customers. 2.
