Principal Duties & Responsibilities : New Business Development Identify and pursue opportunities to acquire new clients in target industries, especially in the financial services sector, oil & gas, manufacturing, or professional services. Conduct market research, prospecting, and networking to generate qualified leads. Meet sales and revenue targets by client and industry. Client Relationship Management Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Act as the primary point of contact to address client needs, resolve issues, and provide ongoing support. Identify, plan, and develop new business opportunities, strategies, and marketing ideas. Build relationships with key accounts to drive the business. Account Management Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients. Reporting and Analysis Prepare regular sales performance reports, pipeline updates, and forecasts for management review. Use Lead & Opportunity Matrix tools to track activities, client interactions, and business metrics. Key Challenges of the Role Managing existing client relationships while actively pursuing new clients requires strong time management and prioritization skills. Meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive market, especially in the financial services sector. Staying ahead of industry trends and market demands while identifying new opportunities. Ensuring alignment between internal teams and client needs for effective delivery. Consistently generating qualified leads through networking, events, and market research. Qualifications / Work Experience / Skills Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. Experience: 3+ years in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the financial services sector. Proven track record in sales and business development in the staffing-services industry. Ability to build and maintain client relationships. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Why Join Us?
