  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

  • Oversee a complete set of accounts and generate financial reports (monthly and annually) for SMEs and enterprise-level clients.
  • Ensure that financial reports are delivered to clients accurately and on time.
  • Review and supervise the management accounts and bookkeeping performed by junior staff or outsourced teams to ensure accuracy within the accounting system.
  • Mentor junior staff and outsourced teams, providing guidance as needed.
  • Maintain organized record-keeping and filing for all client accounting transactions.
  • Coordinate with external parties, including customers and suppliers, to address accounting-related issues.
  • Collaborate with auditors and tax agents on accounting and tax matters.
  • Assist with various tasks related to financial accounting and management inquiries as needed.
  • At least 2 years of experience in accounting or finance, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or a Professional Accounting Certificate (or equivalent).
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is required for the role.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail in financial reporting.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Willing to visit client offices for document collection or related work.
  • Must be located in SS15 Subang Jaya, Selangor, and having personal transportation is preferred.
  • Familiarity with AutoCount software is a plus.
