Responsibilities:
- Operate telephone stations to manage incoming calls, filter, and transmit them appropriately.
- Address member and client inquiries about programs, healthcare provider access, and plan benefits.
- Handle complaints, channel them to relevant units, and ensure prompt feedback to members.
- Process and validate requests for letters of guarantee for specialist and hospital care based on entitlements and limits.
- Issue and deliver letters of guarantee to patients or providers per entitlements and limits.
- Guide members on personal claims procedures and processing.
- Manage each inquiry and complaint, ensuring proper escalation and resolution.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by Supervisors or the Head of Department.
Qualification:
- Minimum 6 months of call center experience.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
