Responsibilities:

  • Operate telephone stations to manage incoming calls, filter, and transmit them appropriately.
  • Address member and client inquiries about programs, healthcare provider access, and plan benefits.
  • Handle complaints, channel them to relevant units, and ensure prompt feedback to members.
  • Process and validate requests for letters of guarantee for specialist and hospital care based on entitlements and limits.
  • Issue and deliver letters of guarantee to patients or providers per entitlements and limits.
  • Guide members on personal claims procedures and processing.
  • Manage each inquiry and complaint, ensuring proper escalation and resolution.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by Supervisors or the Head of Department.

Qualification:

  • Minimum 6 months of call center experience.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
