    • Maintain, diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems.
    • Perform daily operations of network and technical support.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
    • Maintain, diagnose and troubleshoot network device problem.
    • Manage the status of resolution for all support cases, ensuring issues are resolved accurately and in a timely manner.
    • Deploy, configure and troubleshoot Windows and Linux server operating system.
    • To undertake any all-other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the Direct Superior / HOD.
    • Willing to travel and permanently work in Hong Kong Data Center.
    • Able and willing to work rotational shift (24/7 Operation Hours).
    • Candidate possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Professional Degree Information Technology or equivalent.
    • Familiar with IT Components.
    • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with minimum supervision.
    • Proficient in written and spoken Mandarin is required.
    • Ability to work independently and be a team player.
    • A highly motivated and innovative team player.
    • Proven work experienced in data center is preferred – at least 1-2 years experiences.
