- Perform daily operations of network and technical support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
- Maintain, diagnose and troubleshoot network device problem.
- Manage the status of resolution for all support cases, ensuring issues are resolved accurately and in a timely manner.
- Deploy, configure and troubleshoot Windows and Linux server operating system.
- To undertake any all-other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the Direct Superior / HOD.
- Willing to travel and permanently work in Hong Kong Data Center.
- Able and willing to work rotational shift (24/7 Operation Hours).
- Candidate possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Professional Degree Information Technology or equivalent.
- Familiar with IT Components.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with minimum supervision.
- Proficient in written and spoken Mandarin is required.
- Ability to work independently and be a team player.
- A highly motivated and innovative team player.
- Proven work experienced in data center is preferred – at least 1-2 years experiences.
