Key Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot on-site issues to minimize disruptions and maintain progress.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 2–3 years of experience in construction, project management, or property development.
- Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with local construction regulations and standards.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and coordination abilities to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Certifications:
- Certifications in QLASSIC is a plus.
