Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the customer database to ensure accurate records.
- Arrange job assignments for technicians and coordinate their schedules efficiently.
- Schedule appointments with clients and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Prepare and send invoices promptly, while tracking and following up on payments.
- Generate and submit service reports to clients in a timely manner.
- Process and prepare quotations based on client requirements.
- Provide administrative support to the Project Team as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- A positive working attitude with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in both Malay and English for effective communication.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Canva for document and design preparation.
