Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update the customer database to ensure accurate records.
  • Arrange job assignments for technicians and coordinate their schedules efficiently.
  • Schedule appointments with clients and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Prepare and send invoices promptly, while tracking and following up on payments.
  • Generate and submit service reports to clients in a timely manner.
  • Process and prepare quotations based on client requirements.
  • Provide administrative support to the Project Team as needed.

  • Proficiency in both Malay and English for effective communication.
