Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities:
Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and manage the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes as it relates to the segment SG&A spend. Provide detailed financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Deliver analytical insights on SG&A overhead spending trends. Manage presentation materials with high level commentary analysis.
Business Partnering: Collaborate with business leaders to understand their financial needs and provide actionable recommendations. Facilitate cross-functional business discussions and drive financial performance.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the SG&A planning and reporting process. Drive a mindset of standardisation and automation across all processes. Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and internal controls. Oversee relevant governance procedures.
Other Strategic Initiatives: Support financial consulting on savings opportunities and the formulation and execution of the global SG&A COE strategy
Leadership and Team Management: Partner with regional SG&A analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. Support the regional teamsdaily operations, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis.
Continuous Improvement
Support the development of a culture of continuous improvement by supporting LEAN concepts, tools, and methodologies to eliminate waste in all its form.
Work collaboratively with other team members to identify opportunities to streamline and improve department efficiency and participate in the implementation of those opportunities.

Essential Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA, CPA, CFA, or other relevant certifications are highly desirable.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in FP&A, finance, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a global or regional role.
Ability to influence without authority especially Sr. Finance leadership
Strong collaboration skills and ability to network across businesses, geographies and finance functions and effectively manage the demands of a diverse customer base
Strong communication skills
Decisiveness and an ability to operate independently and effectively in the midst of ambiguity
Vision to see potential strategic information needs of the Enterprise and to deliver solutions to meet them
Deep and broad technical experience with the financial business
Strong change management skills and experiences to drive and sustain globally consistent business processes
