Supervisor (F&B Experienced)
General Administration: • Prepare staff weekly duty roster and payroll by monthly cutoff date and submit to Manager for approval. • Carry out staff daily pre-shift briefings and OJT as required. • Assist Cafe Manager in holding weekly team meetings. • Assist in maintaining an efficient FOH inventory system in accordance with company processes. • Ensure FOH stock levels are correct as reported; maintain healthy stock level by liaising with the Manager and kitchen team. • Perform and assisting stock-closing at the end of month and submit reports to the management. • Ensure that all food products are well presented and served according to food safety standard. • Ensure designated rooms or serving areas are set up accordingly for events catering. • Assist in invoicing and reconciling of events catering. • Attend meetings and training courses in/out of the office as appropriate. • Attend to any other reasonable requests by the management.
