- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Administrative, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in HR & Admin. (Fresh graduates are welcome).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and payroll software (SQL).
- Strong communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. (Speak, write and read)
- We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
- A self-motivated, detail-oriented, and reliable individual.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
