We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

Ad Communication: Develop ads that speak directly to the target audience, establishing a connection and encouraging engagement. Your messaging should resonate with the audience and drive action.

Event Planning: Organize and manage creative campaigns and events, especially around festive periods, to engage our community and drive traffic. Ensure all events align with brand goals and audience interests.

Market Research: Regularly conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, customer behaviors, and competitor activity. Use insights to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Industry Trends: Stay on top of trends in the South East Asia Online Gaming Entertainment industry, identifying new opportunities and ensuring our marketing efforts remain fresh and relevant.

Paid Ads Management: Execute and manage basic paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, etc.), ensuring optimal performance and ROI. Analyze metrics and adjust strategies as needed.

Customer Acquisition: Identify and target potential customers through effective research and strategic planning. Know where to find the audience most likely to engage with our products and services.
