  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Position: QA Manager (Quality Assurance)

Salary: RM8,000 onwards (+ Performance Bonus)

Location: Bayan Lepas, Pulau Pinang

Working Days/Hours: Mon - Fri | 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Reports To: QA Senior Manager & CEO

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop & implement quality policies and procedures to ensure products meet customer requirements.
  • Oversee plant-wide QA functions (IQC, IPQC, OQC, process audit).
  • Collaborate with customers to ensure satisfaction & manage complaints with timely feedback (CLCA).
  • Define Customer Specific Requirements (CSR).
  • Drive continuous quality improvements and Six Sigma projects.
  • Conduct KPI reviews in management meetings.
  • Work closely with production & engineering teams to address quality issues and implement long-term solutions.
  • Manage supplier quality and initiate corrective/preventive actions.
  • Ensure the effectiveness of SPC and train personnel as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Material) or equivalent.
  • Knowledge in FMEA, MSA, SPC, DOE, 8D problem solving, and GD&T.
  • Experience in IQC, IPQC, OQC, Calibration, and related QA functions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication skills (written & oral).
  • Minimum 5 years of related working experience.
