- Create and manage a sales pipeline, ensuring steady growth in the corporate segment.
- Conduct client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations tailored to corporate needs.
- Negotiate and close high-value deals with corporate clients, ensuring profitable agreements.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new opportunities for truck sales.
- Provide ongoing training and development for the sales team to improve their product knowledge and selling skills.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
- Work closely with the stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with finance to ensure payment financial solutions for corporate clients.
- Other duties as assign from time to time.
- Min 3 years of fleet sales experience with proven track record
- Preferably Diploma or Degree qualification
