- Coordinate the execution plans for production orders.
- Receive and review customer orders and propose work orders accordingly.
- Liaise with customers under the direction of the Managing Director or their representative.
- Keep records of customer details, inquiries, feedback, and complaints, and communicate them to the relevant function.
- Coordinate the purchasing of raw materials.
- Communicate customer-initiated changes to the affected parties.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior or Top Management.
- Work well with the sales and operational team.
- At least SPM, STPM, Diploma, or equivalent.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Must be a team player with a pleasant personality.
- Well-organized, independent, and a problem solver.
- Positive attitude with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin (Mandarin speaker is an advantage).
- Fresh graduates / Entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Working hours: 9 hours (5 days per week)
