  • Coordinate the execution plans for production orders.
  • Receive and review customer orders and propose work orders accordingly.
  • Liaise with customers under the direction of the Managing Director or their representative.
  • Keep records of customer details, inquiries, feedback, and complaints, and communicate them to the relevant function.
  • Coordinate the purchasing of raw materials.
  • Communicate customer-initiated changes to the affected parties.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior or Top Management.
  • Work well with the sales and operational team.
  • At least SPM, STPM, Diploma, or equivalent.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Must be a team player with a pleasant personality.
  • Well-organized, independent, and a problem solver.
  • Positive attitude with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin (Mandarin speaker is an advantage).
  • Fresh graduates / Entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • Working hours: 9 hours (5 days per week)
