Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Assist management in handling daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, document management, and email correspondence.
- Communication & Coordination: Act as a bridge between management, the team, clients, and business partners to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Meeting & Event Management: Schedule meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and assist in organizing company events and training sessions.
- Data & Report Management: Compile and maintain business reports, documents, and relevant records.
- Finance & Operations Management: Assist in handling basic financial tasks, such as expense reimbursement, budget management, and invoice processing.
- Confidentiality Management: Properly handle sensitive business and financial information, ensuring data security and confidentiality.
Education & Experience- Education Requirement: Minimum Diploma, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Education & Training, or related fields.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken).
- Work Experience: Prior experience in a related field is an advantage.
Skills Requirements- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Drive (Docs, Sheets), and Zoom.
- Ability to compile reports, manage documents, and create presentations effectively.
Other Requirements- Strong communication and coordination skills, capable of liaising with internal teams and external partners.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities, able to work efficiently under pressure.
