Communication & Coordination:
- Liaise with Chinese business owners, suppliers, and contractors to facilitate smooth communication.
- Ensure clear and effective translation of instructions and requirements between parties.
Documentation & Updates:
- Maintain and update documents in Notion, ensuring accuracy and organization.
- Manage records, reports, and other administrative files as required.
General Administrative Support:
- Assist in scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and task tracking.
- Handle general office duties and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
- Perform daily tasks assigned by the Manager, including drafting correspondence, reports, memos, and emails.
- Ensure proper handling of daily administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and maintaining office cleanliness.
- Candidate must be able to work for 6 days per week
- Minimum 1 year of working experience as an Admin Assistant (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Mandarin speaker is an added advantage
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as data entry, document handling, and coordination
- Good communication and organizational skills
