- Handle full set of accounts and financial reporting.
- Review daily accounting transactions and invoices for proper documentation.
- Update costing data.
- Prepare costing for new and existing products.
- Manage year-end audit, tax submission, and financial statements.
- Prepare monthly reconciliation of various transactions for account reporting purposes.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation, journal entries, and audit schedules.
- Organize and oversee quarterly stock take arrangements.
- Liaise and coordinate with external auditors for interim and final audits.
- Handle corporate tax matters and queries with tax agents.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accountancy, or equivalent qualifications (e.g., ACCA).
- Able to speak in English
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in MS Office, preferably with knowledge of SAGE ACCPAC system.
- Willing to work in Tampoi, Johor Bahru.
