This role requires a background in mechanical or electrical automation and strong technical support skills to ensure equipment efficiency and seamless production. The position requires a 1-3 month practical training program in Dalian to enhance equipment management skills.________________________________________ Key Responsibilities • Equipment Installation and Debugging: o Responsible for the installation, commissioning, and acceptance of new equipment to meet production needs and safety standards. o Assist the production team in daily equipment debugging and parameter optimization. • Maintenance and Repair: o Develop and implement maintenance plans to extend equipment lifespan and reduce failure rates. o Respond promptly to resolve equipment issues in production to ensure continuous operations. • Technical Improvement and Project Support: o Participate in equipment improvement projects to enhance production efficiency and equipment performance. o Collaborate with engineering teams to support technical improvements and new equipment projects. • Documentation and Record Management: o Use CAD and other drawing software to create and update equipment-related drawings. o Maintain accurate maintenance records and operation manuals for all equipment. ________________________________________ Key Requirements Education: • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Automation, or a related engineering field. Experience: • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in equipment management or maintenance, with experience in manufacturing preferred. Skills and Competencies: • Proficiency in CAD and other drawing software for creating and modifying equipment drawings. • Strong technical skills in equipment maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting. • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, able to work effectively under pressure. • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
