Job Highlights • Great Exposure and Interactive Working Environment • Opportunities for Career Advancement Within the Organization • 5 working days Job Description • Prepare cashflow accounts, handling and monitoring accounts payable and accounts receivable, collections, bank reconciliation and assist in other accounting-related works. • Perform payment processing functions such as preparing banking transaction • Responsible for daily accounting duties and ensuring accounting records and systems comply with the Company’s policies. • Prepare monthly periodical and ad-hoc reports • Liaise with bankers, auditors and tax agents on audit and tax matters (if necessary) • Ensure all accounting records are properly updated and reconciled in the accounting system • To audit Petty Cash records, to manage staff claims, record documentation, and maintain good and organized filling for data retrieving • Assist in all the day-to-day office admin, management and operational matters • Perform other ad hoc assignments as and when required. • To prepare monthly Aging Reports to Experian and CTOS and handle enquiries from them • to advise the management on finance strategy • To monitor the disbursement process • To monitor the retention sum record and issue letters (forfeit/extend retention period) / update the dealer • To monitor the e-stamping payment • To monitor the claim process for Block Discounting Facilities on time • To monitor the Official Receipt process (bank transaction and Jompay) • To summarise KPI results to team members each month and ensure the team members achieve it • To analyse and advise the company’s financial status to advise the management • to monitor risk management on accounting operation Requirements • Candidate possesses at least Degree in any Accounting or any professional in accounting or equivalents • Computer literate and good working knowledge of accounting, spreadsheets and word processing software such as UBS, Excel and Microsoft Office application • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and 1 to 2 years of experience in the related field is more advantage • Good interpersonal and communication skills • Required language(s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin . • Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive • Good working attitudes, responsible, self-discipline and work independently with minimum supervision • Willing to take on new challenges and work in a fast-paced environment • Good presentation and writing skills. • ·Analytical-minded, detailed, strategic thinker, and highly organized. • Able to start work immediately or within a short notice period will be an added advantage.
