MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES Basic Knowledge on the Data Center Understanding the components of a data center facility, IT infrastructure including servers, storage device and networking equipment Basic knowledge of critical component, such as power infrastructure, cooling system, fire suppression systems, and generators (gensets). Customer Support & Remote Hands Provide remote hands services for customers equipment such as replace faulty components (motherboards, CPUs, RAID controllers, NICs, etc.). Assist customers with equipment installations, decommissioning, and troubleshooting and follow customer instructions while maintaining security compliance. Rack, stack, and cable servers, familiar with network troubleshooting tools, and storage devices according to customer specifications. Perform basic hardware troubleshooting and part replacements (e.g., hard drives, PSUs, memory). Ensure proper cable management, labelling, and documentation for customer deployments. Cabling & Network Support Install and maintain structured cabling (fiber and copper) based on customer requirements and perform patch panel management and connectivity verification. Work with network engineers for troubleshooting and connectivity testing. Environmental & Facility Monitoring Monitor data center infrastructure systems (temperature, humidity, airflow, and power distribution). Assist with rack space planning and power usage monitoring (PDU, UPS load checks) and prepare monthly customer power usage reports. Identify and escalate environmental risks (hot spots, cooling failures, leaks). Security and Compliance Track and update hardware asset records, ensuring compliance with customer agreements and safety protocols to protect hardware integrity. Respond to and document incidents related to power, cooling, or hardware failures. Escalate complex issues to Level 2/3 engineers or third-party vendors when needed REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in data center network management or related field. Proficiency in network and server technologies (LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls). Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of network security and data backup systems. Experience with cable management, cross connect, crimping and fiber laser testing. Experience with network monitoring tools and automation scripts (preferred). Cisco, CompTIA Network+, or other relevant certifications (preferred). Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work across teams. Fresh graduate are encourage to apply!
