Job Description To lead the Sandakan Region HR Employee Engagement matters inclusive of projects, meeting and other relevancy as assigned by superior. Collaborates with OU on coordinating Employee Engagement field visit, roadshow, Declaration on compliance and other programs as directed by superior. Facilitate on any complaints or grievance from employee and to resolve issues and deliver acceptable outcomes according to the company SOPs. Responsible for data collection, analysis, report writing and correspondence for grievances and whistleblowing and ensuring all logs are updated. Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications and other necessity needs. Involve in sustainability matters and foreign labour issues. Employee Engagement skills Articulate interaction and good communication with foreign labours, local workers, staff and higher level. Passionate in communicating with other employee with special valuable skills: listening, empathy, and patience Able to analyse data with good report writing skills. Computer literacy, skilful in Microsoft windows apps and software Knowledge to analyse data with good report writing skills. Dedicated and well equipped to travel to IOI operating unit frequently. Team Player and are able to positively to achieve team objectives. Organized, proactive, meticulous, detail and action oriented. Have License D car manual. Based at Estate (Beluran)
