Job description - Monitor & inspection on Goods Receiving for Raw Materials & Finished Goods. - Loading or unloading goods to/from customer lorry if necessary based on DO. - Preparing, Inspection and record of outgoing goods. - Inspection and report of goods to production supervisor or QC. - Run constant stock take by physical counting on inventory. - Data Entry issuance of document s under billing inventory flow. - To assume any additional ad-hoc duties & responsibilities assigned by management Responsible for harmonizing and monitoring Supply Chain Operations. Responsible for the success or failure of Material Shipping & Delivery Schedule. Work with existing Transportation Suppliers on optimal Delivery Rate & Routing. Monitoring the Incoming Materials & Outgoing Finished Goods to ensure prompt flow process. Responsible for utilizing Logistics IT Systems or Software to optimize procedures. Responsible for Planning & Tracking the Finish Goods Shipment according to the requirements. Responsible for maintaining accurate logistics of all Transportation & Goods. Preparing appropriate & accurate Logistics Reports for upper Management Operations & Planning. The key roles of this position include supporting the Operation team in areas of sales order management; logistics planning, organizing, and arrangement for warehouse activities of inbound and outbound; including all related activities. Sales Order Management System & Documentation * Monitoring customer open orders, including backlogs, on hold, credit hold, partial delivery, and down payment. * Verifying customer PO received against quotation before releasing sales orders. * Generating inventory pick list and Delivery Note for partial deliveries and project orders. * Completing upload of related information in company system. * Coordinating with Team Lead – Operation & Planning on arranging work orders. * Ensuring expediting of subcontractor process. * Updating order acknowledgement into system. * Coordinating with finance to invoice cash sales products immediately upon shipment processed. * Maintaining records for easy reference. Logistics Coordination * Monitoring and ensuring timely delivery of shipments. * Communicating with forwarding agents on freight cost. * Verifying destination, route, rates, delivery times, and documentation. * Preparing accurate shipping documents and applying necessary certificates. * Providing shipping documents and details to update delivery status. * Working closely with related department for timely logistics arrangement. Warehouse Management * Generating requisition for warehouse consumables. * Maintaining tidy and clear packing material. * Ensuring quality control of goods. * Recording and reporting any damaged, missing, or faulty goods. * Signing delivery form and moving goods to correct warehouse area. * Checking goods already picked by storekeeper or product assembly specialist. * Preparing dispatch notes and labels. * Loading and unloading goods as needed *Familiar with Auto Count System Diploma in logistics and supply chain
