Responsibilities: Manage full set of accounts, including AP, AR, and GL. Prepare financial reports (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow statements) for management review. Handle bank reconciliation, cash flow management, and budgeting. Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices & payments. Oversee tax compliance and submissions. Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities for financial matters. Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory levels regularly. Prepare and issue sales invoices accurately and on time. Education level: Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent. Skills required: Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting & administration. Knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and inventory stock encourage to apply. Proficiency in accounting software - SQL. Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently.
