Lecturer-Information Technology

The Lecturer plays a vital role in an academic institution, contributing to the education and development of students. This position involves teaching, research, and academic leadership responsibilities. Lecturers are responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, engaging in scholarly activities, and contributing to the academic community. Preparing and delivering lectures, tutorials, workshops, and seminars. Developing curriculum and course material that can be used across a number of platforms. Collaborating with other academics and lecturers to improve teaching methods and expand knowledge base. Setting and grading assignments, tests, and exams. Conducting research, and writing papers, proposals, journal articles, and books. Attending and participating in meetings, conferences, and other events in and outside of the institution. Staying current by reading widely and producing published work in the field Requirements Candidate must possess a minimum of Master’s and Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology only. At least 1-2 years of teaching experience with a good command of English. Have excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. Proven track record with at least 3-5 years solid industry experience. Can demonstrate teaching excellence and commitment to student success. Strong research background and ability to publish in academic journals. A collaborative and team-oriented approach.
