  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Our client is a Public Listed company in Malaysia and also an established IT infrastructure and cybersecurity service provider for customers’ offices in Malaysia, PRC as well as other countries and regions in Asia Pacific is looking an IT Field Support Engineer based in Kuching, Sarawak. Job Description: • Responsible for maintaining, supporting and implementing communication network for customer. • Deliver assigned task within timeline. • Maintain on existing network equipment for customer. • Liaise with IT personnel for problem resolution. • To monitor and resolve all customer trouble ticket process as required. • To maintain the quality of services and perform precautionary maintenance. • To provide support to all IT subdivision on the regional source and make sure about its growth. • To perform the documentation specific reports for repairing causes of networking problems and assess the same via ticketing system. • They should deliver backup to NOC and manage operating field groups. • Engineers should provide support and practical backup to protect network infrastructures. • They should have a basic knowledge of network setups like knowledge of LAN, WAN, VLAN, Wi-Fi, router installation, and ISP broadband. Requirements: 1. Professional Certification, diploma in IT, Computer Science, Telecommunications or Equivalent. 2. Passion on latest technology and willing to learn. 3. Able to work in a team and independently with minimal supervision. 4. Required language: English. 5. Required Skill(s): Good Communication skills, troubleshoot, IT skills. 6.
