PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Support daily maintenance tasks such as basic repairs, cleaning, and inspections. 2. Assist in handling and organizing spare parts and tools in the store. 3. Support monitoring and recording tire in/out data under supervision, ensuring records are accurately maintained for inventory control. 4. Assist with the tracking and movement of damaged spare parts for return to the company USJ and the receipt of new parts under supervision. 5. Support preventive maintenance tasks under supervision, such as cleaning components, lubricating parts, and conducting basic checks. 6. Assist in pre-inspection preparations for Puspakom by cleaning vehicles, checking documentation, and addressing minor issues under supervision. 7. Follow Alam Sekitar guidelines and assist in the safe disposal of waste materials, ensuring compliance with DOE regulations. 8. Help ensure proper environmental handling, such as waste disposal and maintaining cleanliness. 9. Support senior staff during truck and trailer driver testing for driving skills and parking. 10. Assist in the handover process by preparing vehicles and documents for delivery. 11. Maintain logs and assist in updating TMS with accurate data on maintenance activities and tasks completed. 12. Monitor the WhatsApp group for breakdown reports and promptly alert senior staff if no response is received within 15 minutes. Set reminders under supervision to notify the competent person. INDIVIDUAL KPIs : 1. Monitor the WhatsApp group for breakdown cases and report to the senior staff if no response is received within 15 minutes. Knowledge/ Experiences: 1. Maintain stock of commonly used spare part for truck 2. Familiarity with the parts and systems specific to light and heavy truck. 3. Knowledge of industry standard tools for truck maintenance and repair. Skills 1. Ability to read and identify part from truck manuals, supplier catalog, part diagrams 2. Use inventory or fleet management software to track stock levels, order part, and log maintenance histories. 3.Good in compare price, quality, follow up the supplier invoice and statement. 4.Identify the urgency of repair 5. Monitor usage pattern to keep stock level optimal, reducing downtime caused by unavailability. 6. Ensure match the truck's make, model, and year.
