Based at HQ - Georgetown, Pulau Pinang We are seeking a meticulous, creative thinker and adaptable sales administrator to prepare our purchase orders and invoices. In this role, you will verify customer information, issue invoices, relay order instructions, and complete monthly sales reports. You may also be required to process timesheets. To ensure success, sales & admin assistant should have experience in a sales environment and advanced administrative skills. Outstanding sales admin understand sales performance metrics and provide excellent administrative support to ensure sales targets are met. Job Description/Responsibilities: - Provide the administrative support to the sales team and office. Attend to customers enquiries and responsible in receiving and process customer orders. Monitor on stock deliveries from suppliers and ensure proper coordination with customers. Attend customers to all sales related matters and processes of sales admin documentation. Handling email for sales price list to customers. Prepare purchase order, delivery order and credit note. Managed day to day purchasing and invoicing roles as well as customer payment. Monitor and ensure customer’s payment and handling and resolve customer complaints. Plan stock and provide timely deliveries to customers. Receiving and processing purchase orders. Filing, archiving and documentation. Time management skills is crucial. Issuing sales tractions invoices. Verifying orders, including customer’s personal information and payment details. Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information. Maintaining and updating sales and customer records. Compiling monthly sales report expediting orders through internal liaison. Identify problem on current in had order and new products. Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments. Supporting the business administration/sales department with other administrative tasks assigned. Others ad-hock duties as assigned by superior or management as and when is required or vice versa. Job Specification/Requirement: - Possess minimum a Diploma in business administration/management or equivalent or STPM. Fresh graduate of degree in any discipline is welcome to apply. Have an experience in sales or similar role will be an added advantage. Knowledgeable and familiar in food & beverages industry and or Fast-Moving Consumer Good (FMCG) is the advantageous. Will to learn and have the initiative to learn and think creatively. Knowledge in the administrative record keeping. Proficiency in excel and word or Microsoft offices. An intermediate or excellent written and verbal communication skills. Willing to work in teamwork environment and a team player spirit as well as positive mind set and attitude.
