  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Ensure that the jobs are carried out efficiently through close monitoring and follow up with declaration section, loading section and shipping agent. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Prepare K1, K2, K3 and K8 form. 2. Prepare CO if necessary 3. Responsible for ensuring declaration release forms and identifying issues (BL not found, manifest not ready and NOA not ready. 4. Support operational tasks, specializing in bonded work and preparing documentation (incoming/outgoing) 5. Responsible for import e-permit application (Maqis/Sirim/LKIM) 6. Involve coordinating and overseeing the process flow. 7. Proficient in establishing effective communication and maintaining good relations with both in-house custom and customs authorities. 8. Responsible for cess handling and prepare payment to paid cess in BWCT/NBCT. 9. Ability to identify custom tariff code. 10. To ensure that daily shipment and operation records are up to date. 11. Ensure accurate processing of billing tasks and verify charges align with the correct quotation. 12. Any other tasks which may be assigned by HOD from time to time. 13. To assists HOD when he is not around in office. Qualification: 1. Candidate must possess at least SPM or Diploma onwards Knowledge/ Skills: 1. 2-5 years experiences in forwarding / custom brokerage. 2. Used custom declaration system like ( SMK / ALDEC / etc.) 3. Clean records in various authorities like Port, Airport, Gov. Agencies 4. Have computer skills 5. Have runner skills for clearance 6. At least have B license 7. Independent 8. Able to handle customer inquiry 9. Able to work for long hours.
