Coordination & Scheduling: Help coordinate training schedules, meetings, and site visits with clients, ensuring that all necessary resources are available and prepared. Sales Reporting: Assist the sales team in tracking sales performance and preparing reports related to sales progress, customer feedback, and market trends. Client Communication: Send follow-up emails, thank you notes, and other correspondence to clients. Ensure a positive customer experience and assist in resolving any administrative concerns. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, HR, and foreign worker teams to ensure seamless service delivery, including ensuring that all client requirements are met in a timely manner. Market Research: Help with research on new clients, market opportunities, and competitor offerings, providing support to the sales team with up-to-date information. Event & Training Support: Assist in organizing and coordinating HRDC training events or seminars, including participant registration, event logistics, and post-event follow-up.
