1. Responsible for gas operation and process accident treatment, lime kiln shaft furnace area equipment, safety, production, hygiene and tools, etc. 2. check the furnace operation, check the lime roasting situation, equipment work and emergency treatment during production. 3. Be familiar with the operation of each post in the area under its jurisdiction, organize the preparation and commissioning work before and after equipment overhaul, do a good job in the spot check, maintenance and lubrication of equipment in the area, and organize the personnel in the class to study and implement the management regulations and post regulations issued by the factory department and workshop on a regular basis. 4. Supervise and ensure compliance with all safety protocols within the lime kiln shaft furnace area, including personal protective equipment (PPE) usage and emergency response readiness. 5. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure that production targets are met while maintaining high-quality standards and safety requirements. 6.
