Job Description: - Coordinate quotation request (RFQ) and maintain Sales Order Target. - Prepare Invoice and Delivery Order to customer, vendor and sub-contractor. - Coordinate Sales and Marketing Departments' activities - New Project Introduction. - Provide good timely service and support to customer. - Respond to customer's feedback or complaints. - Monitoring Sales Order and Delivery Schedule records. - Any other responsibility assigned by superior from time to time. Job Requirements: - Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field. - Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin - At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. - Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office - Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Customer Service or equivalent. - Good interpersonal and communications skills in dealing with customers. - Must be willing to undergo On Job Training. - Candidate must be willing to work in Muar, Johor.
