Your primary role is perform order taking and processing from customer. As a company front desk representative, you should demonstrate our core value when approaching our customer. The value is Sincerity, Respect, Professionalism, Embrace Challenges, Gratitude, Persistence when interacting with customer. Internal collaboration, you should be the role model of other team and colleges to demonstrate the best and responsive way of serving customer which in line with our company vision and mission. You are fully responsible on the on time order delivery fulfilment and fully support your immediate superior. Duties Covered : 1. Work closely with supply team to insure all order delivery being fulfilled. 2. Communicate with Customer to verify delivery address, quantity, unit price and payment before every delivery. 3. Straightly follow price list to quote customer, unreasonable cost up is not allow. 4. Develop good repo with customer to improve possibility of repeat order . 5. Promote all related products and alternative that support customer project. 6. Closely follow up with customer on the upcoming project and new product promoted, to get order from customer. 7. Compile all the discovered risk and opportunities to superior and request sales strategy to realize the opportunity. 8. Shorten the order to delivery lead time. 9. Ad-hoc tasks may be assigned as a new challenge to you. Remarks : - 5.5 working days (Monday to Saturday) - Working Hour : 8.00am to 5.00pm (1 hour rest)
