IT HELPDESK SUPPORT (PC SUPPORT) - Cantonese Speaker Getronics Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (On-site) Job Description: Provide general helpdesk support and installation support for hardware , software, mobile device, computer. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues including account set -up. Walk through with users to resolve their technical issues. Manage ticketing system Manage and update in IT asset records Support the implementation of new solutions or applications. Assist in ad-hoc IT related projects. Requirement: Working knowledge and expertise with a variety of software , hardware and applications. Good understanding of mobile devices and other tech products. Knowledge on both MS Windows and Mac OS X environments. Strong oral and written communication skills . Ability to translate end-users requirements. Ability to clear communicate, interpret, explain technical concept, to technical and non- technical users at various levels. Mandarin and Cantonese Language is a MUST.
