Production Assistant Manager

• Support Production Operations: Assist the Production Manager in planning, organizing, and coordinating manufacturing processes to meet production goals. • Production Planning: Help create and monitor production schedules, ensuring that production runs smoothly and on time. • Resource Management: Ensure that materials, equipment, and labour are available and utilized efficiently to avoid delays and maintain production levels. • Quality Control: Assist in implementing and enforcing quality control measures to ensure the final product meets company and industry standards. • Supervision: Oversee a team of production workers, ensuring they are properly trained, motivated, and working efficiently. Provide feedback and performance assessments. • Problem Resolution: Assist in identifying and addressing production issues or bottlenecks to maintain workflow and reduce downtime. • Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company health and safety policies. • Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring inventory levels of raw materials and finished products, ensuring accurate records and timely restocking. • Process Improvement: Collaborate with the production team to identify opportunities for improving processes, reducing costs, and increasing overall productivity. • Reporting: Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly production reports, including metrics on efficiency, quality, and production output. • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as quality control and engineering to ensure smooth production operations.
