STAFF NURSE (Catheterization Laboratory)

1. Maintains adherence to patient care standards of practice through ongoing coordination and supervision of assigned staff. 2. Facilitates communication and collaboration among and between unit staff and other departments/units regarding issues of patient care. 3. Facilitates the incorporation of patient safety and quality principles into clinical nursing care. 4. Provides ongoing clinical evaluations of nurses and other direct and indirect patient care providers in assigned unit/area. 5. To be aware of the details of the Safety Statement as applicable to the clinical area. To effectively manage emergency situations.
