We want to ensure our clients can fully benefit from using Mulah's products and services instead of just buying our solution and not making full use of it. Clients who buy our solution but do not use it would be akin to people buying a new car, but not using it at all. What would be the point of buying this new car then?
We build best in class CRMs specifically for brick and mortar businesses. Some of our clients that you may know are Me'nate Steak Hub, Nippon Sushi, Inside Scoop, Kyochon Fried Chicken and more.
Mulah sells advertising products which sometimes could take a little time to learn to use. Sometimes, our clients' team could be reluctant to make a change in their operational flow to use our products and features: which is why it is your job to help them see the benefits of using Mulah's systems, and direct change within these organizations.
How do we do it?
- Directing and facilitating change management within the companies which has engaged Mulah's services. Customer success executives usually work with brand supervisors and managers to encourage and ensure their cooperation with Mulah
- Work with the Business Consultants' team to understand clients' needs to be able to set up client accounts appropriately
- Advise and ensure clients are able to use Mulah's products and features
- Managing Mulah's product inventory
- Renew clients' contracts and manage payment receipts
- Manage clients' KPI
