  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.

As an Associate Consultant/Consultant, you will be on a structured training program, learning all aspects of the recruitment cycle, initially focusing on candidate generation before engaging with our clients to help them to hire the best talent for their business.

Key responsibilities:

As you progress through our training programme, some key aspects of your role will include:

  • Building strong relationships with clients and candidates to become a trusted advisor and business partner
  • Talent management, including sourcing and interviewing high calibre candidates, matching them with our clients' requirements
  • Managing the full 360-degree recruitment lifecycle from client development, role briefing and candidate search through to handling all offer management and negotiations
  • Regular contact with clients and candidates to understand their needs and challenges, and to provide consultative advice and support throughout the recruitment process
