Responsibility:

  • Provide general office assistance, paper work & filing.
  • Handling communications and scheduling meetings.
  • Generate and maintain important documents and reports to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Assisting in HR related work including generating payroll reports using SQL payroll module.
  • Perform data entry work
  • Ad-hoc matters as and when required

Requirement :

  • SPM level (Secondary School Graduate) or equivalent qualification are encouraged to apply.
  • Detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and accounting software is added advantage.
