Responsibility:
- Provide general office assistance, paper work & filing.
- Handling communications and scheduling meetings.
- Generate and maintain important documents and reports to ensure efficient workflow.
- Assisting in HR related work including generating payroll reports using SQL payroll module.
- Perform data entry work
- Ad-hoc matters as and when required
Requirement :
- SPM level (Secondary School Graduate) or equivalent qualification are encouraged to apply.
- Detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and accounting software is added advantage.
